I probably consider it's the work who makes us be more receptive. I have to deal with various faces of people. Some are very nice and smart that I always enjoy learning something from them. There are some who can be really tough and often giving you headaches, I would treat them as "my training". When I meet some "calm" people, I treat that as my "relaxing" time.
I really like your positive thinking and attitude. It seems you can always learn things from either good or bad people. You are a good role model to me.
There are times we may get emotional, no matter how we can be receptive. We should try not to have that be with us for a long time. Try to switch our attention when we come to situations like that.
