This is the branch canal running alongside the River Danube. Heard about it often as it claimed to be a River of the Blue (or blues from the poetic literacy we may have read about it). Apparently it's the weather making it in blues. Photo 4: shows how much the locals enjoy the scarce sunshine in summer in the artificial sandy beach.
