Tea with a view, a hot Sunday on Rajadamri, a cool chill out at St. Regis BKK

A nice high tea set at just THB1,050++ for 2, there I could get a cool escape from a hot Sunday afternoon for a nice view with Silom on the left and Siam on the right.  I don't mind taking a cup of hot peppermint tea as recommended.

    What a cool place for high tea in a hot afternoon.
    Is this the one that has a live pianist who is blind?
    His piano playing is awesome and yet he cannot see.
