It may be ironic to say that I would have weight loss from taking buffet, but the fact is that I do. The first thing is the heavy seasoning of the food and yet in Maldives the food is even more salty in quite many dishes. Though we sweat a lot, I still don't prefer eating "heavy sodium" food.
You sweat a lot, you swim a lot and yet you eat less, no wonder this is a healthy work-out trip for you LOL.
ReplyDeleteIf the food is a bit not too strong in flavour, then I'd eat more. I eat more bread here to compensate on the carbohydrate high consumption.
ReplyDeleteYou are right we need the carbohudrate to keep us going.
ReplyDeleteI have to eat rice or bread or noodle very day.
There is often a misconception that carbohydrate causes fat; so people reduce that pretty much. The main point is that we shouldn't have too much gravy, oil or seasoning when eating carbohydrate. I often avoid taking olive oil, butter when taking carbohydrate. No soy sauce, no sauce, no gravy when taking rice and noodle. In fact, we can taste the original flavour of flour (bread) and rice.
ReplyDeleteYou are slim and fit enough.
ReplyDeleteIn fact, you can afford to eat more greasy stuff.
