City view room, Hotel Icon, Kowloon, HK
The room was quite comfy and quite much attention was put to the bathroom, but some of the design wasn't too user-friendly. The walk-in shower made the floor mat much too wet from the shower splash. There was a TV set on the bathtub, but set in a wrong position that you couldn't watch it clearly. The bed mattress and the curtain made my sleep quite well.

Ton Ton Byoushi restaurant, TST, HK
Got a pretty good experience with their branch in North Point and so I visited this one when I dropped by Tsimshatsui. It was in a back lane of Granville Rd. Good that it wasn't crowded. Ordered a pork don. Some might not like it as the meat was quite lean in terms of Japanese don. I'd rather like this one for healthy reason. The dumpling was good too. The set meal was just about HK$70-80.

Hokkai Don, Tai Koo Shing, HK
It's been 1.5 years I haven't tried sashimi. Perhaps this could be just once for this year as it's still not too safe to eat raw food. This shop is pretty much close to those I tried in Hokkaido. Such a fond memory.

花園餐廳(Sweet Heart restaurant), Mongkok, HK
Haven't had a local sizzling hot plate steak set for a long time. I thought about this place and went to its territory - Mongkok. The lunch set was much lower than the dinner set, HK$72 vs $148. The portion was the same. The good thing about this place was that they didn't use heavy soda powder to marinate the steak. At least I could taste some meat texture. The soup was steamy hot with a warm bread. Appetite to get a chunky main.

奔之食堂 (Pun's food), TST, HK
When I noticed this shop served Jia Yi turkey rice (嘉義雞肉飯), I had to order one for this long-missed hearty Taiwanese food. Very disappointed that they used chicken meat, instead of turkey meat. The beef noodle soup was disappointing too as it's luke warm and the broth wasn't too authentic. Also ordered a chilled cucumber but didn't take a photo of it. All the dishes were overpriced. Paid HK$400 something for this meal and shared the table with someone.

Zhong Xiao E. Rd. Taiwanese restaurant, iSquare, TST, HK
In the recent 3-5 years, there have been a growing number of Taiwanese restaurants. Most of them highlight their authentic beef noodle soup. Tried this one because of their nice seating area, but the noodle soup wasn't appealing. A bit disappointed with the drink they served in 2/3rd full.
