Saw this one being built during those times I stayed in Sivatel. It's about 300 m. from Sivatel and 400 m. from the BTS entrance of Ploenchit. The good thing about this condo. is in the proximity to the pier of Wireless Rd., just only 2 stops to Central World. It is also 5-8 minute walk to Central Embassy.

An afternoon at Open House, Central Embassy Bangkok
I'm not into reading books, but I somehow enjoy browsing this place. Noticed how peoples' behaviour (leaving the chairs not to their places, returning the books casually) and how you could see the reflections of images.

Lady Nara, Open House, Central Embassy, BKK
Though I am having less and less interest in Nara, I was curious to try this place. The environment and deco. are quite nice and just as its shop's name, suitable for the lady. However, the food was quite disappointing.

Grande Center Point Ploenchit, 2017 review
Sometimes if paying a bit more (e.g. 10% extra) for a room double the size or 50% more, why not give it a try. This time I got the chance of trying this 1 BR suite (almost double the size of the studio). However, the room is much too spacious that you find it too empty. Photo 2: see how small of that small table and chair. That was the same set found in the studio. So the designer is quite lazy to put a different set of table and chair.
Location-wise, I still prefer this one to the other Centre Point.

Breakfast at Harrod's, Central Embassy
After several days of having breakfast at Paul, we felt like trying some other breakfast. So we got a chicken pot pie (THB140), a salad with plain bread, and a mocha to start the day. The mocha is much too sweet and so different from the other branches in Paragon and Emquartier. The chicken pot pie and the bread were still kept at its standard.

Clean and bright, the studio, the gym, Sivatel Bangkok
Every time when I walked into this studio room in the gym., I feel very calm and peaceful even though there is a bustling city outside with Central Embassy and Chitlom in the front left and the Embassy area/Petchburi on the right.

Coffee Beans by Dao, soi Ruam Rue Dee, BKK
The cakes of this shop made me wonder if they can be good for other local Thai food. My friend got me the answer "yes". All the dishes we ordered are beyond my expectation and because of that, we'd further explore the other branch of this place. So far I still prefer this branch.

American breakfast, Dean & Deluca, Central Embassy
The poster of this American full breakfast got me go in for a try. Though it looks quite American, but it doesn't taste like. The pancake is quite disappointing and the better ones are the sausage and grilled asparagus. I'd still prefer Paul for the breakfast in this Embassy mall.

Eat Thai food court, Central Embassy BKK
Because of the good impression from Eat Thai cafe, I got curious to try this food court. Ended up 2 out of the 3 dishes we got weren't up to standard, not even to mention that they are appealing. The chicken rice is somehow very nice and in a stark contrast to the other 2 - noodle soup with duck meat and steamed dumplings. The noodle soup is still quite ok but in terms of price, it wouldn't be justified. The worst and most horrible thing is the steamed dumpling. It's uncooked, mashy, broken (but yet sticky) dumpling wrap.... This one is the worst I have tried this kind of Thai dumpling. So we have to be careful to choose the stalls here.

Eat Thai Cafe, basement, Central Embassy BKK
It took a few months for this food court to get renovated. Besides the food court, this cafe caught my attention to go in for some snack and a drink. Got a stir fried kale with salty fish and a duck meat noodle soup. The stir fried kale is very nice with some fresh chili and the salty fish was deep fried. That really made me feel like a bowl of steamed rice. The noodle soup is also pretty nice.
