Re-visit: Centre Point Wireless Road being Grande Centre Point Ploenchit BKK

Centre Point soi 15, Langsuan and this Wireless Road were my regular choices in the very early days of BKK visits.  Even held some conference and liaise my business associates to hold conferences for these few branches, in addition to bringing friends and family to stay here.  When I looked at this Centre Point, I often recall how my nephew got surprised to see an apt. with a balcony to feel like standing out in the sky with an open view that there weren't any buildings blocked right in front of you in a few feet.
This Wireless branch has renamed herself to Grande Centre point Ploenchit.  The room has been renovated but the bath room is still the same.  The good thing of staying here is the convenient location with Central Embassy and the Ploenchit station.  The gym is somewhat too small and congested though the pool area is nice to check out.

Yung He soybean shop, Soho on the east 3rd ring, Beijing

When most of the chain get disappointing, there are few which can be consistently good as before.  Yong He soybean shop is the one.  In fact, this shop was one of my favourites in the very old days of my visit to Beijing, let alone in Taiwan, though the 2 aren't in any connection.
This time, they have beef noodle soup.  Turned out it's really Taiwanese, so is the veggie with preserved meat sauce.  Most of all, their soybean milk is unexpectedly good.

Spring 2015 review: Bellagio 鹿港小鎮 新光天地 西大望路, Beijing, China

This restaurant's first outlet in Yuan Siu bridge was my favourite one in the late 90's to early 00's.  It has then opened many branches and the quality keeps being not consistent.  The below first four (3 cup chicken, stir fried lettuce root slice, salty duck yolk with beans and the sweet and sour pine nut yellow fish are still ok though quite salty.  The worst one is the Taiwanese renowned snowy ice which fell to zero.  No snowy texture and yet too sweet.

The executive lounge, Renaissance Beijing, China

The hotel compensated for a room upgrade to the executive floor because of their silly mistake of my booking.  Later on, another mistake for their record update in the system further upgraded with the executive floor full benefit - for accessing to the lounge on the top floor.
The lounge offers pretty nice breakfast buffet and snacks and a wide range of drinks throughout the days.  The panoramic view to the east 3rd ring near the China World prime commercial area.
