Zen and Central World BKK - suspended in time in google map

As when I have been finding out a number of images on google map weren't updated for years, I then came to check on Zen and Central World. Happy to see the suspended image of Zen and Central World (check photo 1 below). Zen is on the lower left. Big C on the top right. Seems like there weren't any fire. No fighting. No fire. No destruction.
Further on are images of some places of a few years ago. Photo 2 shows ICC (Kowloon West) was still under way. Photo 3 shows Hotel Palais de Chine and the mall The Station in Taipei were still a construction site. Photo 4 shows Yai Ya Hua Hin wasn't there - should be on top of Sheraton (Yai Ya has been there over 2 years). Photo 5 shows the factory outlet is still a wasteland and Blue Lagoon was named Sun Villas. Photo 6 shows The Bale' Bali wasn't with its new extension of the Deluxe villas on the top right. Photo 7 shows St. Regis Bali wasn't there either (on the right). Thanks to Google map not being updated for years. We can see Zen and Central World in its old time.

Ocean Restaurant, Bali Collections, Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia

1. the shop.
2. Satay Campur (by now I guess campur may mean "assorted", as nasi campur is rice with some mixed veggie and meats). This time the satay came with 3 different meats. It's very nice and the satay dipping is not that heavy, at least not too sweet.
3. Stir fried kuay tiew. pretty good too.
4. Grilled chicken in banana leaf. It's a bit too heavy with all those lemon grass and galangal but still pretty nice.
5. veggie with rice with the chicken in banana leaf.
6. Gado gado (Indonesian salad). In Indonesia, how can I miss this signature dish. Overall, I like their sauce and dipping which is not too heavy, neither too salty nor sweet.

Aroma restaurant Bali Collections, Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia

Bali Collections is a big complex of restaurants and shops in between of Courtyard by Marriott and Grand Hyatt in Nusa Dua. Tried this Aroma restaurant in Bali Collections.
1/2. the shop is in an open area.
3. Papaya juice.
4. Seafood salad - it reminded me of the Thai warm salad. This one is not that spicy and the seafood is pretty fresh.
5. Chicken veggie soup. Pretty good too.
6. Nasi Campur (nasi means rice). It's a plate with quite many things, stewed beef, curry chicken and lots of veggie. Very nutritious, and it's pretty tasty too. I finished it all.
7. Balinese grilled spring chicken. This one is very nice. It's not heavily seasoned but the chef used some local herbs and salt to make it very aromatic. *note the Balinese food is with quite a lot of veggie and string beans. A good balanced meal with nutrition and fiber.
8. chili dip. Normally I don't take chili paste, as most of those are either salty or a bit too spicy. This one is very original without too much seasoning. They use quite some shallot which is nice to bring up the aroma.

Faces, the restaurant of The Bale', Bali Indonesia

Faces, the restaurant of the Bale', serves some nice European cuisine, from pastry, salad, main courses to dessert which are above average in general, though the dishes are at HK and European standard, a main course is about US$20-30, drink at US$6-8 and the tax/service charge together is about 20%. Below photo 7 is my HK drink mix. I brought some sweet salty plum 甜話梅肉 from Chan Er Chai 陳意齋 and put some in soda water. Pretty cool for a hot afternoon. Photo 14 is the most I like - Tuna avocado tartar. Of course, we should try Bali coffee.
