The U hotel group in BKK has been dong quite well with expansions to Phuket, Pattaya.  Besides, it is also developing into the property business.  Attitude brand is one of their developments.  The 1 bedroom plus is a bit smaller but it's still a good choice.  The selling price is about THB2.8 millions.  The condo. is about 700 m. away from the BTS stop Bearing.  One of the good points is that this condo. is in a low rise design and situated in a quiet area inside the soi 107.
