HO2, Themes Marin de Cannes, South France

Found out this interesting spa house very near to the serviced apartment I stayed.  It belongs to Hotel Radisson Blu; so if you are a hotel guest, you can come here for the sauna and heated sea water swimming pool.  For any other guests, an entrance fee of Euros 50 is charged.  Out of curiosity, I paid for a visit as the sea water swimming pool is really something for me to check it out.  The 2nd floor is the fitness centre (very limited equipments) and the spa rooms.  Ground floor is the swimming pool, lounge area and reception.  Basement is the steam bath, spa area and sauna.  The whole place is really pleasant from the reception to any staff.  They don't even mind photo taking (of course you need to ask them first as a respect and be discreet and to respect the others).  Noticed this SPA uses quite a lot of Valmont products and charge is ranged from Euros 150-300 for an hour or so, or even 1,000 to 2,000 for a few day spa program; quite reasonably priced.
After this trying, I'd be much interested to check Radisson Blu on my future visits in Cannes, probably 2-3 nights in a serviced apt. and another 2-3  nights in Radisson Blu as Radisson Blu charges almost double of the serviced apt., and yet it's just within 1 minute walking distance.

The Spa and the gym. of Mai Khao Dream Natai beach, Phang Nga, Thailand

If a resort can hire more staff like the manager of this spa, it would have so much free word-of-mouth promo.  As I passed by the spa, the manager came to greet and invited me to take photos inside and even got us a brief tour of this spa house by showing a nice view from 3rd floor to the resort.  The manager also recommended their off season spa treatment at just THB950 for 90 minutes and very frank by telling that they needed to keep up with some business in any way, though I told her I was leaving an hour.  She expected people to spread the word for her and so as my appreciative gesture, I need to thank her and post about the spa of this resort.  Most of her, I didn't feel any pushing.

The Spa, The Sala, Mai Khao, Phuket, Thailand

The Spa of the Sala was awarded one of the top 10 spa in SE Asia. No more description. The photos below can tell. BTW, it's not that expensive. A signature Thai massage is ranged from THB1,600 to some a few hour program at just THB3-4,000. Tempted to give a nice reward to your body and soul?
1. sign for the Ladies' entrance. 2. for the men.
