Simply Life, City Plaza I, Tai Koo Shing, HK

$88 for 2 course lunch or a bit more at $98 with an extra dessert. The shop is quite crowded even on this lower podium where it somehow gets the least attention of shoppers.

1. the table. 2. Apple Iced tea (incl. in the set). Not that sweet and very refreshing in this hot summer time.

3. Mushroom red cabbage salad in beet root dressing. Very nice and I love this beet root dressing. Beet root is a good match to red cabbage by balancing the bitter flavour. 4. Cheese burger with grilled tomato and onion. The beef patty is nicely grilled too.

5. Spicy basil risotto with grilled seafood. Just to my appetitie. Not salty and a bit spicy with some basil. Seafood very fresh and nicely grilled. 6. I chose a brownie for the dessert. Good that they don't make the dessert too sweet either. A good lunch for a nice sunny afternoon!

When people are getting more money to get health conscious, I guess. Right now people here are all the time talking about organic this and organic that. Cooking oil has hundreds of varieties, sugar and salt too. Some mountain rock salt and some lake salt....etc. in addition to the conventional sea salt. Later, we will have moon salt or mars salt. :)

Yes, rich people and rice cities are more health conscious for a reason.
There is a program here discussing if organic products are really worth it for our body, or only good for the psychology side, and how can we tell whether it is really organic.
Pretty interesting topic.

The problem there are thousand ways of organic plantation. You really don't know what organic way those were grown. So as a nobody in this bio-chemical world, we just balance ourselves in taking the food more diversely. Don't just go to certain food and repeat those all the time. This way, our body should rinse out some unnecessary material if those are not in large amount. Our body can't rinse out such due to our repeating intake of the same things.

That is exactly what the doctor said: balance our diet with diverse food with lots of varieties.
And don't put all eggs into one basket.
Also don't put all same food into our stomach.
