China House offers some derivative Cantonese cuisine which tends to be more SE Asian adaptation. Regardless of whatever it is, they do offer some very fine Chinese dishes. We took a Sunday brunch from dim sum, hot dishes, cold dishes and dessert at THB888.

This looks good.
More food than just the dim sum order.
I see the Peking Duck.
I like this one.

For those who like more variety of Chinese food, this is a good choice but the cooking is a bit in SE Asian Chinese cooking style.
Good enough for LA people any way.
But agreed it is not up to HK high-end standard yet.
