Pho 24 is a chain fast food noodle soup in Vietnam and pretty cheap at just HK$10-15 for a bowl of noodle soup. The shop opened its branches in HK at some higher shopping malls and of course prices are much higher. If they charge for just HK$20-30 for a noodle soup, it's fine. No, they charge for over HK$45 to 50. The worst part is that this branch is much worse than their original ones in Vietnam. The broth is just some colored water. The baby lotus stem salad has only 2 x 0.5 lotus stem. A lot of bean sprouts and the shrimp is like glass shrimp (over bouncy from the soda powder effect).

I like how #1 is giving a very good feel and mood of the restaurant and #2 with the dishes with the menu with logo on it.
#4 is also also nice with the food with a partial sauce dish out of focus. Which gives eough information but no need to be included entirely and in focus.
#3 could use similar composition as #2 and #4 that might enhance overall look and feel.

Vietnamese food is pretty good in LA.
A big bowl of beef noodle soup is around $6 to 8 US each. Very big one portion. Very good beef soup with no oil too.
When it comes to food photos, I gotta be quick.. :)
Stella, yes, I know how the American size is. Pixmation and I went to some wonton shops in Alhambra. The size is almost 3 times bigger than those in HK with more than 12-15 wontons in the soup. We used to go to a Thai restaurant in Hollywood. Their chicken noodle soup is also 3-4 times bigger than those in BKK. Though it's quite expensive at around US$5-7, if we divide it by 3, it's quite cheap. :)
You got it SEA. The portion of food is big in LA and so are the people's stomach and body overall.
BTW, that is why I can order 3 bowls of won ton soup in HK Airport(for my portion). I have to pretend some are for to-go. :)
