This shop is very popular regardless of its location just opposite to North Point Funeral Home. For sure I see "real" people.
1. the shop outside and it has expanded to acquire one more shop.
2. Preserved veggie, ground pork with broccoli HK$60. Interesting to put bean paste in it. Supposed it's quite nice but just the preserved veggie is a bit too salty. So this dish is quite salty. It's also quite oily.
3/4. Don't think that I am a spare rib/pork chop maniac. It's because I complained this to the shop why they made Jin Tao pork chop 京都豬扒 by cutting all the meat out. They then replied the chef mis-read the order and further claimed many customers like the ribs only. Then I saw the waitress pack the dish and claimed to bring back home. Taste-wise, this dish was very sweet and the sauce much too thick.

So they serve the customer the bones and the staffs take the meat home?
Sure this place deserved the name "Amazing".
Amazing for its location being next to "something".
Amazing that there are some customers only like the ribs but no meat.

This is somewhat interesting, as you know how HK people mind places close to funeral home.
Not sure if they took the meat back home, but I noticed they packed "some" mis-ordered dishes, including my order (the bones). They made up for another one (on the last photo).
