Never see any soldier standing on the street in LA, straight or not straight.
Yes, they stand so still. BTW, those mainland Chinese tourists were very rude by pushing you away for their photo taking.

Unfortunately, we rely on those non-civilized brats for improving the economy, at least this is true in LA and US.
