April is the month for Khao Chae (rice in chilled jasmine water with some classic Thai condiments) and I felt like I was in a last train to catch up with what I would have missed. Tea Room is a nice place for high tea or other local Thai dishes. Their Khao Chae is pretty nice and the jasmine chilled water is quite fragrant and it has some burnt aroma in it. The size is a bit small but it's ok to me since I just take it as my April Thai high-tea.
