The breakfast of this resort is a bit beyond expectation, considering this type of resort. There is a nice variety of bread and keeps changing everyday, from German rye, various wheat bread to white, egg, carrot and even squid ink bread, in addition to standard croissant and pasty. I am surprised to see they made some very nice fish rice soup (unfortunately I didn't take any photo of it since I didn't expect it to be good.). They serve egg, bacon, sausage to your order, and the cold food/fresh fruits are on buffet station. One good thing is that they put all the cold cut and fresh fruits/salad inside the air-conditioning deli shop. This is the way to keep those food from flies and keep it chilled too. Another remark is the waitresses can remember your eating preference. Pretty impressive.

This breakfast is very good considered at Hua Hin Resort Hotel.
It is not easy to exceed your expectation though.
