This area of Pudong is the finanial district of Shanghai city. Quite a number of Hong Kong property investments can be seen here. Check photo 2 - the building in the middle looks a bit familiar and what's more in coincidence a Standard Chartered Bank is next to the right of it.

That is what I am going to say.
Shanghai City is really a replica of HK.
If you did not say it I cannot tell this is Shanghai.
And quite many mutual investments.
