this is a classic .. UNESCO shall include HK's soy sauce western cuisine in the intangible cultural heritage program
And it should be the pioneer fusion cuisine too.

I miss this kind of black pepper steak in a sizzling plate in HK.Is Windsor Steak House still there?Or Jimmy's Kitchen?
Jimmy's Kitchen is still here, but Windsor seems not to be.
