St. Josep Market, La Rambla, Barcelona, Spain

As I asked the hotel front desk about a market I once visited (12 years ago), I got a reply now everything has changed. My vague memory the market was in front of a big circle with a nice green restaurant called Olive serving my favourite Gazpacho (chilled tomato soup). Finally I gotta be back here but it's really changed a lot and the restaurant was gone too. This trip of Barcelona is really another 180 degree experience to me and it looks like it's a new place.

wow the market is so five-flower-eight-door .. hehe

actually Spain also hv nice ingredients to cook a big meal, just the cuisine is not as popular as Italian and French .. sad for them!

this photo collection of the market is so interesting to look at. Would be nice to frame 4 to 6 of them in small size and hang them on the wall in an array.

This looks like the Mexican Town close to Chinatown here.

Thanks. Spain is in a very good geographical location - a warm Med. climate that is so close to the strait of Med. Sea where is so rich with various seafood. Then up on the high plateau where is the best place for poultry and pasturage. Remember olive is the best in Spain, and tomato too. So sunny sweet and aromatic.
Pixmation, when I look at those ping pong candy paddle, I recall how you mentioned about your childhood. :)
