Fish market, Male City, Maldives

Didn't have enough time to check this fish market during the last 3 times I was in Male City.  This market is open from early morning til noon time.  You can see lots of big tuna fish.  Tuna is the most popular fish in Maldives.  I'd think of my family when seeing all these fishermen working so hard and busily.  I saw some very expensive garoupas (photo 3).

Your dad and his dad may be excited to see all these fish.

Yes, after all, one different thing for most Asian places not to keep fish alive. HK is quite unique in keeping fish alive and get it only when it's to be cooked.

HK people know how to handle live fish better. Also know how to cook and enjoy live fish better.

In the old days, I recall my family used to go to the market twice to buy fresh meat and fish for lunch and dinner. Usually one time in the morning and then 3-4pm for dinner time. Cooking is quite a study for Cantonese.
