There are quite many new condos offering units of 1 bedroom plus (1 standard bedroom and 1 small room which can be a single bed room). This one is located at the south east of BKK in Bearing, on Sukhumvit 107 (quite a number of new condos being built along this road.
The 1 bedroom plus was sold at around THB2.8 millions, but the whole condo. is due to completion in October, 2020. It takes about about 5-7 minutes to the BTS stop bearing (about 25 minutes to Emporium, and 35 minutes to Siam.
