fried shirmp balls

In my memory, it may have been only a few times I tried the fried shrimp balls which was used chopped rice noodle as the coating. The shrimp ball is pretty nice and the chef controlled the frying oil temperature nicely to make it pretty dry after frying.

the prawn ball coated with rice flake is hard to find in restaurants now

Yes, that's what I was impressed. This is a classic way of prawn balls. Yes, it's really delicious. The prawn meat is fresh and chewy.
