Stayed at the suite 532 of 530 3 bedroom suites but of course this time it's on an interesting sharing. Supposed I just want the Ocean View Loft 307 but the first night it was so full and gotta stay at this suite sharing. I already reflected my comments since it would not be nice to share the pool with other strangers considering the suite is an individual unit. Anyway, that's only 1 night stay.
1/2. where a lovely girl once stayed with her parents.
3/4. recalling the happy time of last year. So much of fun.
5/6. where we had our grand breakfast.
7/8. Ocean View Loft 307 - the suite I stayed exactly a year ago. They put some new furniture and a better TV (Toshiba, not Samsung anymore).

since this is a pool villa establishment, there is no way in any condition the Aleenta lets u (and other paid customers) sharing a pool villa room
if it is full, the resort shall refuse booking
this is lack of consumer rights in mind, this is naked bullying paid customers, Aleenta is not professional at all
u should counter them with a legal complaint
Yes, I did and the house manager came to me. Actually after the previous management of last year, it turned out something not right. Actually they already posted that in their web link when I asked them about my main concern on the pool/dining room sharing...etc. embarrassment and even some unnecessary gentle or hostile confrontation among the guests. So that means I knew it before arrival but just we already booked the ticket and had no choice. However, the reality is that when we experience it, it's really an embarrassment.
TC, you have a good point that as that suites is a single unit, regardless of how many bed rooms they have inside of it. It should be on one time guest stay instead of breaking it into 3 guest accounts, just like if we would consider to share a 3 bed room suites in a BKK serviced apt.?
Wow this sounds something serious.
Do you mean you swim here naked and shared with others?
Hope I am wrong.
Har.. swimming naked? Not possible and don't practise that. The embarrassment is on sharing the pool unit of the 3 bedroom suite. It's because one room is next to the room and the other is with a plunge pool. Wouldn't it be strange if the people swim near you or having someone using a plunge pool right at your doorstep. So I bring up this point to the manager. The original concept is good that they have such a 3bedroom suites for families but a bit too many. Just only 2-3 units are fine. They should learn those with their own area but with just a door to the main sharing pool.
OK, got it. Thanks Sea.
