Wah Fu Housing Estate & Aberdeen, HK

In the old days, my family often commented on how bad it was to have a house facing the sea due to wind and sea salt weathering.  So when Wah Fu Estate was built, they didn't give it a good word.  The fact is, just like most other established public housing estates, this one was a cradle for the rich families.  When you had spare money from not paying a high rent, you then had your capital to invest.
Aberdeen will soon undergo a big change with the new MTR subway extension line in 2015.  The high rise buildings will even be getting more and more in the next few years.
