Yung He soybean shop, Soho on the east 3rd ring, Beijing

When most of the chain get disappointing, there are few which can be consistently good as before.  Yong He soybean shop is the one.  In fact, this shop was one of my favourites in the very old days of my visit to Beijing, let alone in Taiwan, though the 2 aren't in any connection.
This time, they have beef noodle soup.  Turned out it's really Taiwanese, so is the veggie with preserved meat sauce.  Most of all, their soybean milk is unexpectedly good.

Oh when I see the Chinese sign then I know this one.
Used to pronounce differently before.

I sometime can't tell how the mainlanders and Taiwanese speak differently.
