Tried this hotel due to one simple thing in the room - a quilt. In quite many other local hotels, they would just get you a bed sheet as something better than none.
This hotel is not bad from the way they picked up from the airport and the front office was very helpful in guiding to the local restaurants and shops and so I got to know the "downtown" area of this airport island. Unfortunately the next morning - very early in the morning for a seaplane departure at 6:15am, we got a terrible delay due to the hotel driver's no show. We waited in the lobby over 1.5 hours and the front office boy found another hotel car to deliver us to the airport but we missed the original seaplane ride that supposed it was then with a 10 min. boat ride to the resort. We were then arranged another flight at 8am to another resort which takes 50 min. boat ride. That means, we were delayed for 3 hours. However, we took that longer boat ride as a scenic tour - to be posted later.

There are quite many colourful things in Maldives.
