This cafe is at the end of Harbour City, with a bar serving coffee and pasty and a dining room for meals. Chose the bar area on the street side. Seeing how busy of this area with cars coming in and out, I slowed down myself by taking a small bite of a pound cake and a sip of iced mocha. Forget about the hassle.
