This time I have to be adventurous for finding more food from Taipei. Visited this shop in the Shinkong Mitsukoshi on Nanjing West Road, called Hshu Gee. Tried their hand shred noodle with beef. The soup base is average, and the noodle is not chewy enough and lacks the taste of flour (yes, the flour has its aroma). However, if you are around that Nanjing West area, it is still worth a try. Then the seaweed is pretty good. The sour and sweet taste is pretty balanced. Beef noodle at NTD130 (US$9) and the seaweed at NTD40(US$1.3).
