Checking around, Alila Cha Am


1/2. It rained almost every night here and sometimes very stormy. Jelly fish is easily found on the beach and sea front.

3. Mantis 螳螂. It got a bit hostile to me though. 4. Dragon fly in the pool.
5. Quite many dragon flies. 6. This cat has been quite curious.

7. Quite many local Thais visit here. 8. And quite many bringing cameras to take photos. Saw someone carrying a Leica M9 and the other a Nikon D3. Also saw 3 couples taking wedding photos.

9. Green land beside the main compound. 10. A seafront mansion.

11/12. Chill out at the beach.
13/14. Standard rooms in this mansion.
15. backyard of the standard room. 16. walk way.
17. Inside the wall. 18. A private party function, pool side BBQ.

19/20. the table setting.

har Lecia M9 and Nikon D3? those Thais must be high-so ppl, of course, those can afford a night at Alila shall be high-so la

oh yes, it is Friday, rich Thais go to Hua-hin to spend their weekend, c the table setting from pic #19-20, may be for a family dining, high-so family party!

OK, I will the chef at Alila to get some free seafood right away. :)

I noticed they are not just for the brand names of Leica and Nikon. They did quite some setting and angle alignment...etc. in taking photos. Unlike some rich people, they bought those high-end cameras to rather show off and took photos in "auto" mode at all times, even with flash on at images with glass blocking or landscape photos. :)

Correct, those are Thais. Quite a nice gathering from seniors to young.

Pixmation, there are lots of design stuff in Thailand which would definitely attract your creativity. :)
