Caesar's serves cold buffet and a hot main course chosen from the menu covering a wide range of Western and Asian dishes, such as congee, nasi goreng, nasi lemak, bento, egg & sausage...etc. On the first day, I chose a black truffle omelette. I like the way they put some sliced asparagus to bring out the nice aroma of the truffle. The omelette was nicely pan fried and so good to go with a crispy aromatic croissant. The next day I tried grilled salmon bento which was also very nice. Overall, I didn't leave much on the plate.

quite a hearty breakfast ..
How much is this breakfast buffet? Or no charge?
I think quality at Ritz Carlton overall is quite consistent.
The buffet at this hotel in Pasadena is not worth it. $70US 10 years ago with not even half the quality and choices at Lord Jims.
Now this hotel is taken by Langham since 3 years ago.
BTW, their service is excellent too. Attentive but not intruding or bothering.
SS, it's about RM68+ (HK$160+).
Thank you Sea.
The price is very reasonable, half price of MO's breakfast.
