Wow it looks so cold and snowy.You must wear lots of clothing.Pasadena was 32 degree F last week when I went to work in the morning; a lot colder than the time in HK.
In this situation, it's better to wear a wind jacket over a thick coat. :)
You are right Sea.Thick coat cannot really block the wind and snow but a wind jacket or rain coat will.
