Among all the Maxim's outlets, this branch, as also the most established one, is one of the best serving some classic Cantonese dishes. Their signature BBQ pork, soy chicken and roasted pork shouldn't be missed. However, this time their egg white with tomato was a bit disappointing - too sweet and salty (yes, salty). After all, happy to get their nostalgic dessert - sesame rolls. Not many Cantonese restaurant serve this one. So we had some very good old memory.

Yes the chicken, char siu, and pork are all so delicious. And the sesame roll is super.
This was such a good meal and good memory which made me "miu" all similar food in LA.
Thank you pals for bringing us here.
