The hotel is located in the Zhong Shan district (quite an established commercial area of section 2 of Nan Jiang E. Road) of Taipei.  It's newly renovated from an old hotel.  Not much to check around in this area, but good for me to go for business meetings.  The room is very nice, clean and tidy and very reasonably priced at NT$2,500 net, with ABF.

Charm Thai, Thai restaurant, Holiday Inn Bangkok

Got told about this place several times and glad that I could come here finally.  All the dishes here are very nice.  Though the Masaman curry isn't that Masaman (a mix of five spices of herb, peanuts and tamarind sauce), it's still a nice curry to me.  One little remark is that the prices are generally quite high considering the environment and food standard of this place.

Koh Lanta restaurant, King Kaew road, Samut Prakan (Survarnabhumi Airport) Thailand

Surprised to see this restaurant in such a nearest location to the north west tip of SUV Airport of Bangkok.  This place is so big but yet quite occupied at even 5pm.  The food is at average, but that's not important as the main point is to check around the place and the nice art pieces being shown at every corner of the place.  Besides, seeing the swans and ducks hanging around is very pleasant.  The monkey sculpture and the architect reminded me of Koh Lanta and I hope to visit it again soon.

Tea with a view, a hot Sunday on Rajadamri, a cool chill out at St. Regis BKK

A nice high tea set at just THB1,050++ for 2, there I could get a cool escape from a hot Sunday afternoon for a nice view with Silom on the left and Siam on the right.  I don't mind taking a cup of hot peppermint tea as recommended.
