30th Anniversary of East Ocean restaurant group

Can't believe I visited the 3 different East Ocean in a week.  East Ocean has some stable quality that I feel comfortable for entertaining my business friends.  Besides, they have some bargain dishes in different branches.  East Ocean at the One has a good deal for a half lobster at HK$68, and the other one at K11 has the suckling pig at HK$68.  Then the one at Quarry Bay has the abalone at HK$48 and the shark's fin at HK$48 too.  BTW, the dish for the abalone has a giant mushroom that makes the abalone look small.  Though some of the ingredients weren't of some higher quality, such as the fish maw used in the sharks' fin soup and the dried shrimp in the casserole, in terms of the price and the other food quality and cooking, no complaint at all.
