Finally this restaurant came into reality, but I somehow prefer the old place. Food-wise, it's not that impressive but very pricey - a pork chop at THB590++ and a Pad Thai at THB450++.
Yes, as they hire more expatriate chefs, so the price is more European. I still prefer eating Thai food here as it's really difficult to keep the ingredients consistent when the chefs insist on using some of their native ingredients with locals. I really think this is something not right when people travel a long way but then still take food in their origin's preference.
Yes I agreed. Ingredients shall change accordingly to whatever fresh and good locally and need not insisit to stick to the original ingredients from its origin.
