There have been a growing no. of Bangkok property advertising in HK. Instead of searching for those ads of highlighting their "20 steps" from MRT", "prime location to the future high speed rail link", or "within 15 minutes walking to Erawan Shrine", why don't we go practical and simply walk around some local areas and search by ourselves. If you aren't shy, just go in and ask about the management office or sales office. So I spent a morning for checking around Onut BTS area. Went in this condo. Rome (about 5-8 min. walking to BTS). The place isn't too bad but the facilities are a bit too run down. The 1 bedroom unit of 38 sq. m. is priced at about THB3.8 millions. The agent was proud to claim the price included the furniture and everything as they are in the room.
