Had quite some minor issues from the pickup arrangement at the airport to the arrival of the resort. What's more, we didn't get informed about their in-house corporate video shooting when we were in the swimming pool. It was really annoying for a flying drone staying right in front of you over a minute when we weren't aware of getting shot. When we raised the issue to the pool staff, no one yet was to inform about the corporate video shooting, not even the front office being aware of. Ended up the front office manager came to apologize and offered a night to upgrade to their so-called presidential suite. However, this suite can't be called as presidential suite. It's apparently a 2 bedroom suite. It's just one word - big. The ironic part is the living room still having the same standard room furniture, and only one air-conditioning system. There is a jacuzzi outside the sundeck. As it's named as presidential suite, there had to be at least a swimming pool instead. It's not worth paying over US$1,200 net a night for this.
