Haven't seen this scene for so many years. This city ran out of adhesive tapes, bread, frozen food and bottled water. Seen people buying food over a month's stock. Long lines in groceries. I think of Hokkaido. Earthquake left them with a longer shortage of food and bottled water, but people only buy just one item of food and drink.
