Brought some friends to check around condos in the On Nut area. This time we went along soi 77 Sukhumvit Road. Quite a big board outside the condo showed the direction to the sales office. So we approached to it. The sales agent was very nice to show us various units, from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom on different floors. As a courtesy, I asked if I could take some photos, she gladly agreed, Even though she knew that we weren't going to buy it.
This unit is about 36 sq. m. at a price of THB2.7 million covering the seen deco. and furniture/electric appliances...etc. The price is a bit high considering the location which is quite inside the soi 77. It takes about 12-15 minutes on walk to the BTS On Nut. The pool and the gym. is on the 6th floor facing the other condo. The view is a bit blocked, quite congested with 2 high rise buildings built next to each other.
