This one bedroom plus is the most wanted unit of this condo complex. Also because of the forum hit talk about it, the price has gone up pretty much. This one is about THB2.8 millions for 35 sq. m. The kitchen area is somwhat smaller than the one bed room unit, but it's not a concern if you don't prefer a full size kitchen. I'd like the living room area and can accommodate one more person to sleep in the couch.
