Dinner at Devasom Hua Hin, Thailand

The Khao Chae in this place was unexpectedly good.  Also tried the lobster bisque, orange salad, green curry chicken, deep fried prawn cake.  On the dessert, we tried their French crepe and chocolate and rum raisin ice cream.  Quite a pleasant meal in a cozy ambience.

Passed by this resort a few years ago from the beach side.  It wasn't that appealing back then.  This time I stayed in a resort near to this one.  So I took a look inside and it looks a cozy version of Mandarin Oriental Bangkok.

There is quite a large glass floor in the middle of this bar.  The glass is tinted that you may not see what's underneath.  The view is unblocked on the balcony outside of the bar.

In quite a few resorts in Maldives, beach pool villa's room rate can be higher than the water villas.  The noticeable difference is the secluded space.  Just looking at this one.  It's rather separated from the other units.
