Cha for tea, 天仁茗茶, Taipei
This tea theme restaurant called Cha for tea (Zhi Cha Zheu - can't find the Chinese word as the first word is quite a colloquial word for making tea). Actually it's run by Tien Ren Tea - a famous tea shop in Taiwan. As now in Taiwan it's the season for "misty pear"; so I tried this one with ooloong tea. However, it's a bit too sweet to me. They forgot the misty pear shouldn't be too sweet as the misty pear should be with fresh "raining" taste with lots of chilled juice inside. Much too sweet just overwhelmed the original taste of the fruit. The second one is green tea waffle with green tea ice cream on red bean bed. It's kind of Japanese - especially the red bean made too sweet. The waffle is quite good with the aroma of green tea and it doesn't taste too greasy. However, when I took those, I am very sure I wouldn't have a good sleep as I can't have coffee and tea on the same day.

Finally we have the same restaurant here as you do in Taiwan. The ones in LA are branches of the Taiwan main store owned by the relatives. I like their BoBa Green Tea here. And also the beef noodle.
