Hello to all the fans for Hyatt Regency (maybe only to me). Do you remember the phone no. of Hyatt Regency TST? I have just found out they haven't changed their phone no. from their web link and just called up and found out they opened on 2nd October, 2009. So glad to see this phone no. 2311 1234, like seeing a good old friend!

Yes I am also fan of the Hyatt Hotel.
It is always good to see good old place(or good old friend) coming back again.
You know when I noticed they still keep the old no., it really stirred up my emotion. An old friend coming back..... BTW, I noticed there are more and more hotels and serviced apt. in HK, just like BKK. It's good for the visitors as the hotel prices in HK is a bit too expensive.
The grand old lady of Tsimshatsui! Never stayed there before. I wonder if the famed JJ's is still open over at their Sister establishment over at Wanchai? I remember that WAS the place to be seen, many years ago.
Android, JJ's is still here at Grand Hyatt Wanchai. However, I really don't like almost all the outlets of the GH Wanchai. Their Italian restaurant Grassini even can't make bread sticks well, quite an ironic thing on their restaurant's name. Their cafe even offered rusty veggie on salad. Their M floor lounge buffet is the worst I have tried. It's not just one visit. I have been been to each of these places more than 10 times due to meeting my business people on some convention held next door. So they really maintain their quality for the past 25 years.
Mmh... JJ's was famous and even more famous for "something" more than a club of a luxury hotel would offer. GH Wanchai is almost like 180 degree to Hyatt Regency TST to me. Hyatt Regency was very good at each of their hotel outlets. Though their room is quite old, their restaurants are more of my concern. So I am very happy to see Hyatt Regency TST coming back. At least I will tell my Japanese friends to come back. They really like the Chinese restaurant of Hyatt TST and so do I - Great Chef Chow Chung is the best for glorifying the Chinese cuisine.
