再興燒味(堂食) Zhoy Hing BBQ pork (eat in), Wanchai, Hong Kong

A friend of mine came from quite far away for trying the BBQ of Zhoy Hing. Though it's not very comfortable to eat inside the shop, it turned out freshly cut BBQ pork and chicken are much better than they were covered in the hot rice in a lunch box for 5-10 min. when you bought it back home or to office.

1/2. these 2 are the common combination - BBQ pork with chicken. All right, some claimed the BBQ of Zhoy Hing is a bit too burnt but that's the classic BBQ pork. Even though there was a scandalous news about Zhoy Hing for its scale problem for under-weighted roasted pork, the news didn't hit the shop much.
3. see how busy the shop is and it's already 8pm.

This kind of Char Siu Fan or Char Kai Fan is my all time favorite since primary school.
