i thought this soi is a dead end soi, so u mean they r actually connected? maybe the guard hired to collect 'passing fee' .. not for community security .. hahaha
Yes, there are 2 small lanes which connect soi 16 and 18 but they are private roads. As you can see, that blockage is wide open, it's for sure not for security. :)
