Most of the rooms of this hotel are on the same size and layout in 2 major types - Chic and Urban. Rooms on the side facing south (with a big tall building blocking the view) is called Chic. Rooms on the side facing north (as view on the photo 2/3) is called Urban. The room is quite cozy and unique with a bathroom and closet behind the bedroom. However, staying at a hotel in soi 11/13 would have one common problem (or advantage for those beat people) is the heavy db noise from the bars and clubs in this area.

People from HK shall be more tolerate with big noise in general.
I still remember in 1990 when I stayed at my friend's house in Causeway Bay it was so noisy at night even after 12 am.
Causeway Bay, hard to find a place in silence....
You are right very nosy the whole night.
I have another friend from Causeway Bay to LA he said LA is too quite and he cannot sleep with no background noise.
Then area around LAX or the Ramada (not sure which one is now) on West Hollywood or Hyatt Regency, Best Western on Sunset Blvd. can be a good choice for a room with more noise.
You are right SEA the LAX area is very noisy.
