太湖海鮮城 Tai Woo seafood restaurant, Causeway Bay, HK

Glad that tere are some classic restaurants still surviving in Hong Kong, and yet not be too touristic.  Also because it's not so touristic, these restaurants need to move to some lower rent location.  After 9pm, Tai Wo has a combo special for a stir fried lettuce in preserved bean curd sauce and a pan fried pomfret sealed in sweet soy sauce at HK$98.  Love the way the lettuce being quick stir-fried (the best is to stir fried it in less than 2-3 minutes but cooked and crunchy fresh and juicy.  This is the essence of Cantonese stir frying dishes.  Their roasted chicken is very nice too.  Even the complimentary red bean sweet isn't a "free" quality.

This is a good price considered in the most expensive rent area in the world, Causeway Bay.
Stir fried in less than 3 minutes shall need very big and strong fire.

Yes, and usually it should be a stir fried veggie like lettuce. I sometimes did that for Choy Sum.

I don't think you have much chance to cook Choy Sum at home due to your constant trips here and there ha ha ha.
