蘇浙匯 Jardin De Jade, Sun Hung Kai Centre, Wanchai North, HK

Passed by this restaurant quite many times, but didn't really get to try it due to its slightly inconvenient location in N. Wanchai.  Until a friend of mine (from the States) mentioned about this restaurant thru' his local friend in HK and recommended it, I felt like for a try.  Their smoke fish (photo 3) was very nice and reminds me of Dragon-I KL - two of the best.  The chilled veggie in sesame dressing (photo 2) was so good too - I like it served very chill and the sesame dressing with a little spicy oil.  The deep fried spare ribs and the sou lon bao were good too.  The only little flaw is the mini stick rice dumplings in osmanthus sweet soup - the mini stick rice dumplings weren't too freshly made.  However, all the other dishes made up for this little flaw.

All the dishes here look so delicious and presentable.

i also saw this place introduced in Eat and Travel Weekly last week.
They also recommended the spare rib, dessert rice ball, the Xiao Lung Bao too what a coincidence.
But I think this place is pricey though.

It's not so pricey as compared to other restaurants at similar level. The smoked fish is about HK$70-80 and other dishes are around 80-150. The portion weren't too small.

Oh I see.
That is what my friend said but when she said not pricey I don't trust her.
BTW, there is one good French Restaurant across WanChai Market very good quality with good price.
The owner is from France where his Frence Restaurnt was ranked number 9th out of the best 50 good restaurants in the world. He sold the restaurant in 2001 anc came to HK as he likes HK.
The address is 3 WanChai Road, WanChai.
Check it out.

Zenith residence is one of the pioneer higher end residence renovating Wanchai south (Queen Rd. E.). Hotel Indigo (the one with a glass bottom on the rooftop) is nearby.
