This domestic airport is very raw with one scanner and one check-in counter. Of course, there isn't any lounge. When I was waiting for the plane, the whole airport was in a blackout (last photo). With one emergency light was on, the runway wasn't with any landing light. I then went to chat with the officer ".. so I guess the flight will be delayed because there isn't any landing light on the runway. I got a chill-out answer "yes, it will be delayed.". So it took another 1.5 hours of delay. Fortunately my connecting flight has spare time that I can still grab it.
